Stellenbeschreibung
The Bonn Graduate School of Economics (BGSE) is an institution of the Department of Economics of the University of Bonn.
Starting in July 2026 we are looking for a motivated Student Assistant for IT Administration (m/w/d) for 8-10 hours/week
Your Responsibilities:
- Website maintenance for the BGSE
- Administration of the IT systems at the BGSE including, but not exclusive to setting up computers, updating software, support with general PC and printer problems
- Management of local user access accounts
- Working independently on inquiries of students who need support via email, phone or in person
Anforderungen
Requirements:
- Enrolled at the University of Bonn or at another German university
- Very good knowledge of English and basic knowledge of German
- Computer affinity and proficiency in dealing with software
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and MS Office
- Initial experiences in administrating networks and working with Plone (preferable, but not mandatory)
- Good team worker with an eye for details
- Independent and responsible completion of assigned tasks
